The relevancy of the subject matter to your practice is just the first step. The methods by which we deliver the training is also key. This year, we are proud to present some of the most innovative training we have ever offered. In many sessions, instead of using the traditional lecture-only format, we have multiple instructors presenting case studies and topics in their specific area of expertise. In other sessions, we are using the “show and tell” method to demonstrate what works (and what doesn’t!) followed by explanations. Through this varied approach, we believe attendees will retain more of the education they receive at Scaling New Heights and, as a result, better connect that training to their firms’ specific goals.
Scaling New Heights exists to provide deep and highly relevant training to accounting professionals, where each and every attendees leaves the conference invigorated, motivated and empowered. To accomplish this goal, we design our training over a period of 12 months, conducting exhaustive research to uncover the most common concerns the members of our community are currently working to overcome, what challenges they might be facing in the near future and what topics they have an interest in learning. We also interview small business advisors and solicit ideas from instructors and renowned speakers in the fields of accounting, bookkeeping, marketing, management, practice development and personal/professional development.
Simply put, Scaling New Heights offers epic training that empowers accountants to maintain and grow epic practices.
