At Scaling New Heights (SNH) Joe provides a “safe place” community where we get encouragement, support and suggestions on how to better our firms and the lives of the small businesses we touch.
Each time I attend SNH my mind explores new possibilities never before conceived and my heart grows with all the new friends along with deeper bonds with the friends I have made at previous conferences.
Sharing
Often, we feel the weight of the world on our shoulders carrying the small businesses to success and we forget to come up for air in our own lives. As the trusted advisor, it is difficult to share our frustration or even confusion for fear of looking unprofessional. Truthfully, we too need guidance, answers and solutions.

During SNH, sitting at breakfast, lunches, drinks after class we bond so tightly because we hear the same questions around the room and feel safe asking how others have solved these issues. Together we share openly within our community creating growth in a loving way.
Friends
The friends I have made along my SNH journeys are pure, genuine and lasting, and it is a direct result of the environment Joe has purposefully created through conference visions, teacher missions and course purpose.
