Apps, Apps and more Apps. There are so many Apps on the market and we tend to encourage our clients to use many of them, but there are times when an App no longer fits the needs of our clients (or ourselves). Since we do not see the App center from inside QBOA there is a designated App Center where you can search, launch, manage or remove Apps. From this App Center you can see all your QBO clients, but this feature works best if you first login to your QBOA, then choose your QBO client file and then open the App center and select the matching QBO client.

When its time to remove an unwanted App from our client's QBO file:

1) Open the client file from within either the client's QBO or QBOA.
2) While the client's file is open, on a new tab go to http://appcenter.intuit.com.
3) For purposes of this example, let's remove the Sync with Square App: Choose Disconnect, the following action box will appear.
4) Confirm the warning that you wish to remove the App by clicking "Next"

Success, the 'unwanted App' has been removed from the Client's QBO.
