Are you social?

I am not asking if you like to go to cocktail parties and grill out with friends on the weekend.  I am asking whether you are using social media in your business on a regular basis.   Are you posting on Twitter?  Are you involved in groups on LinkedIn?  Do you have other social channels that you have found effective for your business?  If so, what are they?

If you are "social" we'd like to hear what groups you are in, how you are leveraging the various social channels to grow your business and whether you have been able to show direct business results from your activities online?
