QBO is always on-the-go. The mobile app is one of the things that busy QBO users like the best. Because today’s active small business owners take their mobile devices with them everywhere they go, they can do anything, wherever they are,
That's why QBO is becoming even more valuable to them.
So, have you noticed any of the new "mobile" features that started rolling out into QuickBooks Online over the past few weeks?
Well, be sure to look for at least one of them...
Invoice Tracking is a powerful new invoice feature that enables you to instantly see if an invoice has been sent, viewed by your customer or paid.
When an invoice is created in QBO, the tracking details will be shown at the top of the invoice screen.
If your invoice is emailed from QBO, the tracking details will show when the customer actually has opened and viewed the invoice.
If the invoice is paid via the payment link on the invoice or has been marked paid in QBO via an alternative form of payment, the tracking details will show paid.
In addition, new data filters allow you to search for date-oriented billing expenses related to an invoice. A convenient activity feed also lets you check the status of your recent invoices.
