I can only think of one thing better than doing a webinar with Woody, and that would be me getting to fly to Arizona to do the webinar with Woody from Intuit's Tucson campus (I just love Tucson at this time of the year.)
Late last year, Gary and I realized that we didn't give nearly enough attention to QuickBooks Online in our QB Talks Webinars. When I host and instruct the webinars they mainly are related to QB Desktop, and when Joe hosts and instructs the webinars the same is almost always true. On occasion we have a guest who may talk about a specialized topic, like 'Payroll at Year-end' but even then Laura was discussing QB Desktop Payroll (although many of the concepts are the same even for QBO) and our Advanced Reporting webinar (which everyone loved) Donovan's focus was primarily related to reporting tools used to extract data from Desktop.
I told Gary, "we have to get some more 'QBO' in our Show", and so you will start to see that beginnng next week. Intuit graciously has allowed 'Woody Adams', probably their best known Product Specialist, to be our QB Talks QBO 'official updater'. Every three months, Woody will be covering not only what's new, but 'what's vital' about QuickBooks Online.
Next week Woody will specifically be covering:
- Inventory Categories
- Starting Value Adjustment
- Multi-Currency
- Trial Balance
- Updates to QuickBooks Desktop Migration as accountant
- Updates to QuickBooks Desktop Migration regarding Payroll
- Redesigned Reports
- First Use Experience
It's a lot to cover in roughly 53 minutes of a 60 minute show, be I am absolutely confident that Woody is so into it (or should I say so "Intuit") that he will 'Get-r-dun'.
I look forward to seeing each of you at one of the two 'live' Webinars on Wednesday March 9, 2016. If you haven't already signed-up for the webinar you can do so at:
Sign up here for the 1PM Eastern Time Webinars
Sign-up here for the 6PM Eastern Time Webinars
By the way Gary insists that I inform you that 'when you register at either of the links above you are actually registering for our entire 'monthly webinar' series. You may however cancel your registration at any time.' (Even though I know that cancelling on us is 'highly unlikely').
Thanks for being our loyal readers and webinar attendees.
