Ron Sella conducts this hands-on workshop for QBPA’s who want to help their clients better understand their business dynamics and enhance decision process. Those attending will learn and deploy the Zeus Business Intelligence tool to produce dashboards and reports. Zeus BI™ provides easy-to-understand analytical Business Intelligence dashboards and information required by management for effective planning, decision-making, measurement and monitoring, a must-have in today’s competitive marketplace. Zeus BI™:
- Extracts data from client QuickBooks system(s) in near real time
- Supports customized consolidation of multiple GLs and legal entities and stores individual consolidated data in a repository
- Uses extenders to capture/integrate non-QB data, allowing relational analysis across activities (accounting, budget and forecast, customer, payroll, inventory)
- Provides analytical and what-if analysis capabilities through web browsers, mobile devices or computers via BI dashboards, drill-down reports or via an Excel Add-In

Ron Sella is President of York Group BI; he has over 30 years global experience as a founder, partner, president, Chief Information Officer, Director of Financial Systems, Director of Business Development, Controller and consultant, designing, developing, implementing and selling BI, financial, productivity and thru-put solutions for enhanced management decision making and control. Ron holds a US software patent for a PC graphics user interface, and his successes include management of a startup that quickly grew to $10 million in sales, and increasing the sales of an existing software firm by 1000%. Ron received a BAS from Marist College and an MBA in International Business from Eastern Michigan University
