Oh yes, and about that email inbox… In Intuit’s latest update, it calls out this handy-dandy feature, which I am in love with.
IPM allows you to set up automatic client emails. This will be useful either for setting up automatic replies or automating reminders so that you do not have to keep bugging them about that document you have been waiting on.
Automatic reminders save you time and keep your client from becoming frustrated with you since the reminders are no longer coming from you personally.
It is like having a whole new employee
This automation will allow you to set up the system and let it run. And after Intuit Practice Management frees up your schedule, you will be able to get back to the parts of your job that you love.
Having everything built into a smoother workflow, having better visibility for what is going on throughout your entire firm, and ease of mind in relation to client chase, all this together will make you feel like you have a whole new employee.
