He founded Legrand CRM Software leveraging the experience gained from managing businesses in the electronics and accounting software sectors. Alain is passionate about CRM. He loves designing workflows and processes that turn a CRM system into a competitive advantage for the business. Alain has a Masters in Electronic Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, and a MBA from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Marsha Chatterjee is the North American Operations Manager for Legrand CRM Software, an aware-winning customer relationship management solution which is purpose-built and prices for growing businesses and mid-sized organizations. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from California State University at San Bernardino.
