Customer Comment: Great app but doesn't integrate with QB Online August 31, 2013 I used this app extensively a few years back as a service manager for a printer service company. The interface wasn't as great as it is now, and didn't have the current feature set, but my techs and I still liked it very much. The free Google Play app that lets you access the database is polished and intuitive, and really a pleasure to use. Now that I'm starting a completely mobile printer service company of my own I need the ability to do business anywhere since all my critical business apps live in the cloud. Sadly, I can't use this app because it doesn't integrate with QB Online. If the developers fix this, this will be the hands down winner of ALL field service apps that are out there.

Customer Comments: Mavenlink Integration with Quickbooks March 5, 2013 I use the desktop Quickbooks Pro 2012. I initially had a problem with syncing the Quickbooks Pro 2012 with Mavenlink (no fault of theirs) and the live chat support is fantastic. I have never seen better support for any software system. They walked me through and I am now synced with Quickbooks and it has been heaven. I wanted employees to be able to enter their billable time on timesheets and Mavenlink has a great timer and the time is synced with Quickbooks timesheets in order for me to create payroll checks. Mavenlink is also great as project management program. Once I learned to use the project templates, it was a breeze to set up projects.

Yeh!!! it's here This is a seamless method of dealing with customers estimates onsite and later syncing to QuickBooks. NO DOUBLE ENTRIES. Support is excellent....Anne is extremely fast to respond and is definitely an asset to this company We have an electrical contracting company located in Ontario Canada with 16 employees and 6 estimators. Unfortunately, invoiceasap only supports the US. Due to our sales tax set up the program will not sync at this time if you use QB 2013. We have subscribed as one user for now, hoping that within a few months a tax module will come available, which will allow us to add (5) more users.

August 28, 2012 I am a QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor and a member of the Intuit Trainer Writer Network. This is the third App that I have reviewed that deals with Expense Reimbursement, and it is the first that I have been able to recommend. Things that I liked: 1) the set-up was straightforward and easy to follow and took less time than other Apps that I have reviewed, 2) the pop-up help screen was a big advantage in knowing how to set-up the program, 3) the mobile iPhone App worked very well and has multiple icons for the various expense types that would normally be submitted and the ability to take a photo of receipts worked great, 4) the download from a credit card account was very easy to sync, 5) the approval process, as well as the approver rejecting a report, worked seamlessly, and 6) the expenses easily exported to QuickBooks to create reimbursement checks. A few items to watch for: 1) the exporting to QuickBooks is not easily viewed when first used - you need to choose a drop down box when the report is approved - but once you've done it the first time it is not a problem, 2) when exporting to QuickBooks on a report that has multiple items and expense categories you need to choose the multiple line option - I would recommend not even having the single line line option, and 3) I didn't see where you could use items, rather than expenses, on expenses that are billed to clients/customers

Customer Comments: Needs a direction and development October 25, 2012 It's a shame cause it had great potential, but it seems Hyperoffice develops just enough functionality to market the product effectively, but it needs much improvement and development to become a truly effective and efficient business tool. It has many bugs and its features are almost useful, but needs lots of work. I signed a multiyear contract based on promises of features to come, but were not delivered after almost 3 years now.
