When you enlist the services of Go Get Geek! you get an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a clear understanding of accounting and the technological needs of running a business.
That was Brett Barry's mission in 2007 when he opened the doors on his Phoenix-based firm. The move into his own firm came after years of working in technical support for Intuit, the makers of Quicken, QuickBooks and TurboTax. He first supported QuickBooks ProAdvisors and accountants, and then turned his attention to QODBC and Custom Reporting as the team leader for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions for mid-market businesses.
Today, Brett, COO, focuses on consulting, training, technical support and other "geeky" things for his clients. Go Get Geek! helps get new businesses started by making recommendations from a wide range of computer software and cloud-based applications, with an emphasis on automation, productivity, security, efficiency and dependability. The firm is an expert in Quicken and QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise Solutions, Mac, POS and QuickBooks Online. It also provides ongoing support for any technical issues with operating systems or software.
For existing businesses, Go Get Geek! conducts a full evaluation of current systems and processes, and then streamlines them with alternative solutions.
Insightful Accountant sat down with Brett to get his thoughts on where the industry and Go Get Geek! are heading:
