Woodard and Knowify are teaming up to bring you a game-changing advisory opportunity. The goal is to build a network of advisors that can help construction companies and contractors improve their business practices and improve overall business performance.

Some of you already have joined the Construction Company Advisory Network (CCAN) and have started on the path to specialization in construction company services. This program has been operating in pilot mode for the past few months, and now is expanding the opportunity to ProAdvisors in the “Woodard Inner Circle.”
Over the next few months, we will be inviting more ProAdvisors and general business consultants to participate in the program.
There is no cost to advisors to join CCAN. Our objective is to help advisors build a trusted relationship with construction company owners and become an important member of the business leadership team. The program features the Knowify business management system, a cloud-based technology that connects to QuickBooks, and is the tool that enables construction companies to streamline and simplify all aspects of their business.
As we all know, it takes a combination of systems and standardized business procedures to help any business make real improvements in performance. CCAN's mission is to help advisors implement systems and processes with their construction company clients.
Implementing these changes is not an over-night process. It takes months, and sometimes years, to make fundamental business changes and get full benefit. That means the advisor must be part of the solution over an extended period of time.

Frank Coker, director of Woodard Consulting, has more than 25 years as a management consultant, business developer and entrepreneur. His prior experience include sales and marketing at IBM and management consultant at Price Waterhouse. Coker, who founded six companies, has coached dozens of start-up businesses, worked as a business turn-around specialist, and served as CEO, president COO, and director for numerous companies. He also teaches business courses at the University of Washington in the Masters of Science in Information Management (MSIM) program.
