I went to my very first Tony Robbins conference several years ago, and yep, sure enough it started with a weird “find someone in the audience you don’t know” drill. Before I knew it I was screaming my brains out, inches from an Italian guy who hardly spoke a lick of English. Literally, as I was spitting in his face screaming everything TSheets, I bellowed a combination of words that would change TSheets for years to come. They weren’t the “right words” or how we had previously defined ourselves, but they were the essence of WHO TSHEETS WAS and is still to this day. After screaming out who TSheets was, I spent the next 6 months talking out loud about it to anybody who would listen. After months of ideas and feedback from industry experts, we landed the words that would soon redefine employee time tracking to the entire world. And now, we have <hearts> everywhere - inside a time tracking company, of all places.
