Sage has added ten new enhancements to Sage 50 that were most requested by customers. This list includes: personalized text on customer emails, one-click invoice creation, easier credit card processing within the application, one-click purchase orders, easy order-to-invoice conversion, and customizable lists.
New features include:
- The Sage iPhone app: allows customers to view their Sage 50 inventory and quantities, customer contact info (with geo-location), purchase history and account status.
• The Sage Mobile Sales iPad app: presents real-time Sage 50 information in an attractive catalog display. Customers can create a quote, convert it to an order, and take payment on the spot.
• Chat support: Sage 50 now includes a chat link within the product for faster assistance, allowing customers to solve problems without picking up the phone.
• Streamlined installation: Now when customers upgrade, the product is silently installed. They are simply notified that there’s an update, they click to accept, and it upgrades as they continue to work.
