QuickBooksAutoDataRecovery missing

What does it mean when a QuickBooks 2015 Accountant file has no QuickBooksAutoDataRecovery folder?
Is there a setting to toggle?

You probably are using an "Accountant Version"

Neither QuickBooks Accountant or Enterprise Accountant offer this ADR feature. Intuit didn't think that Accountants would appreciate having 2 or 3 extra sets of Company files for EVERY Company file on their disk, the disk space consumed could be ridiculous.
