I mean, everyone likes shortcuts to speed-up their daily chores, and on average these shortcuts have been shown to improve performance by 20 percent. You will work smarter, with fewer mouse clicks when working with QBO and Chrome if you use these tips.

Now, let's look at these more closely.
1) Save Reports Preferences
Use bookmarks to save report preference in QBO. You can then open saved report customizations within any QBO Company. To do this:
- Create a customized report in QBO
- Open the header and uncheck the Company Name (this keeps the company name blank so that you can use the report in any QBO company file)
- Save bookmark

2) Jump to a Specific Tab
Did you know that you can jump to a specific tab just by using the Ctrl + 1 through Ctrl + 8 keys? It's true.
- While working in QBO you may have several tabs open. Say I want to jump to tab 4 (as shown below)

- This shortcut allows you to select which tab (1 through 8) you want to use/view, so in my example I would use Ctrl + 4 (Ctrl plus the 4 key) as seen below.

3) Jump to the Last Tab
Similar to our last shortcut, this tip gives you access to the last tab.
- While working in QBO you may have several tabs open. If you want to jump to your last then,
- the shortcut is Ctrl + 9 (Ctrl plus the 9 key)

4) Login to a different user or browser as a guest
You are working in QBO when you suddenly realize you need to login as either a different user or with a different browser as a guest, what do you do?
- The answer is simple, simply use the shortcut: Crtl + Shift+ M (Ctrl key plus Shift key plus the letter M) as shown below

- Now you are ready to login as a different user (as shown below).

5) Cut, Copy and Paste
These are a great shortcuts if you are not using it already. Using these shortcuts save a lot of time when copying vendor names, descriptions and memo details. These are not just a chrome tip but it works there too:
Cut: Ctrl + X (Ctrl key plus the X key)
Copy: Ctrl + C (Ctrl key plus the C key)
Paste: Ctrl + V (Ctrl key plus the V key)
