Hoping for a fix, is this it?

Thanks for the report Liz.

I'm hoping for a fix to this bank feed problem, but is this it? It's not clear from the article how this will actually work.

I know that some Chase customers have this small keychain device that when you press the button produces a 6-digit token code that is valid for a very short time (less than 30 secs I think) to input during the web site logon process. Is this what you are referring to?

Is a valid token required only once with the bank or credit card account is set-up in QBO's bank feeds, or is it required to be entered each time you want the bank feeds to refresh the feed? How about when a new card is issued and you need to add the card from an existing QBO bank feeds connection?

If a new token code is required at each refresh and/or when a new card is added, that could introduce a big problem for us accountants and bookkeepers, where we have to get the customer involved to provide the token code at just the right time, or be issued a token device for each client (what a pain).

Any further insight on this would be appreciated. I'm really struggling with Wells Fargo. While I have Chase customers, they haven't been too much of a problem for me.
