Method Integration must be striving for the 'comedy channel awards', their newest video tutorials (3 of them covering the topic of 'Method Cases') have me in stitches. 'Cases' are where you handle your "help center" requests using Method CRM, but in these tutorials the case functionality is the source of a fun way of learning.
In the first episode a caller reports that his Method 'pen' isn't working; it just so happens that this 'caller's case' sent me 'to the moon' (Alice), as Jackie G. would have said it, because I had earlier that same day pulled my own green Method pen (I picked up at the Method Retreat a few weeks ago) from my portfolio only to find that it wasn't working. Now, after viewing the video, I realize that I can call the Method help-line about 'my pen', and demand a repair or refund....I won't even have to document my own case, I can just point them to their own 'tutorial' on the subject of 'the case of the broken pen'.
There are 3 new video tutorials covering 'cases', all 3 (linked above) are very helpful instructional material, but most of all, they are highly entertaining. I always think that instruction made entertaining is far more likely to stick with a learner than just boring old teaching (blah, blah, blah, blah, blah).
Method's "Errol", the 'customer support man', gives Intuitive Accountant's own "Data Detective" a run for 'case solution' humor. I like it, even when viewing it with only 1 good eye. So if you are a "Methodhead" or "Methodologist" or just considering use of, or learning, Method CRM, give these video's a view and then a 'roll on the floor belly laugh or few'.
